Born and raised in Milford, Delaware, Stell Parker Selby is no stranger to the needs of the community. She has stated her concerns regarding the quality of life in District 20. Many of these concerns include issues with clean water, the rise in home costs and even the influx of heavy traffic making it intolerable for most Delawareans to enjoy their day to day lives.
