I just wrapped up an important meeting with my colleagues about affordable housing in our state.
We had a fantastic discussion and heard from several groups, including the Delaware Division of Public Health - DPH, who shed light on the current state of affordable housing in our state and the unique challenges each county faces with regard to housing.
I know that this is an issue that impacts many people in our community, so I'm looking forward to getting to work on solutions when we return to session in 2024.
In the busy holiday season, it's important to take a step back and honor the veterans who are no longer with us, and acknowledge how difficult this time can be for their loved ones.
I was honored to take part in the Wreaths Across America ceremony this morning in Dover, where wreaths were placed at all of the war memorials around the capital as a reminder of their sacrifice.
